Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in providing luxury products of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.


Returns will be issued as store credit or refunded to the original payment method.
Final Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer support team at PR@shopsolemare.com with your order number and reason for return.


Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless returning for store credit, the item received was defective, or incorrect.


Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your return or exchange within 14 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
